Booking Policy Consultation Requirement: A consultation is required before booking the procedure to determine suitability and desired results. Via emails Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $299 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Pre-Treatment Policy Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. Avoid excessive sun exposure, skin treatments, or brow waxing/threading for 7 days prior to your appointment. Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities during your consultation. Post-Treatment Care Policy Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician, including: Avoid water, heavy pulling, or excessive sweating for 1 week. Apply Synergy Repair Gel twice daily to promote healing and integration. Refills, if desired, should be scheduled every 4–6 weeks. Refund Policy Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final once the procedure is completed. Results vary based on individual hair and skin conditions, adherence to aftercare, and environmental factors. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare or external factors.
